Cibus 2016 – new product “gran naturale”

During CIBUS EXPOSITION it has been presented the new product GRAN NATURALE, a cured ham completenly without preservatives (nitrites and nitrates) and gluten free, minimum seasoning 10 months and only with sea salt. This cured ham is produced in ROYAL PROSCIUTTI plant of SALA BAGANZA (Parma) certified U.S.A.
