We produce naturally cured hams, free from additives, hand-finished, and available whole or boneless. Ideal for large-scale retail trade, private labels, and export. Each piece comes from a controlled supply chain, ensuring a safe product and a distinctive sensory profile with every cut.
Services
In addition to serving its own supply chain, Suincom Group offers processing services to cured meat producers and food industries wishing to outsource critical production phases while maintaining high quality standards. Those who choose us gain access to advanced facilities, rigorous safety protocols, and a reliable, flexible, and punctual organization.
Suincom Group also offers a deboning service for dry-cured hams supplied by the customer. Using advanced equipment and expert staff, the group ensures precise processing that complies with the required standards, with the option of customized packaging.
The service consists of curing fresh pork legs supplied by the customer. Royal Prosciutti, part of the group, manages the entire process: from salting with natural sea salt to curing in ventilated cellars, up to deboning and packaging.
At the Suincom plant, we select the finest pork, processing it in safe and controlled environments, using advanced technology and trained personnel. Each cut is traceable, compliant with BRC, IFS, and HACCP standards. We work rigorously, maintaining a culture of food safety that is part of our DNA.
With a capacity of 1 million cured hams and up to 7,000 packaged pieces per day, we combine volume and punctuality. Every process—salting, curing, pointing, greasing, trimming, deboning, and portioning—takes place in a single-story facility, designed to ensure streamlined and safe workflows.
